The file archive contains many of the high-quality pictures, videos, and documents that are not or no longer available online, or are otherwise not easily accessible. Many of these files cannot be publicly shared for lack of permission or by the express wish of their creators. For this reason, access to the file archive is private.

You need to be personally invited to be able to download. This is to make sure that the files are only exchanged between friends, not publicly distributed. I will gladly give you access to the files you’re interested in, but I want to know whom I’m sharing them with first.

If you want to get access to the archive or just a specific file, please write to exhaustgas@hotmail.com. There are three main ways of getting invited:

1. Tell me about yourself, and your interest in these topics.
   Write a couple of sentences about who you are and how come you’re interested in the files. I like to get to know the people who share some of my interests!
   
2. Contribute something of your own to the archive.
   This will considerably improve your chances of being invited, at least if your contribution is something you’ve created/recorded yourself. You really should contribute something of your own if you are asking for access to the full archive. It’s quick and easy; record a video starting and warming up that smokey two-stroke scooter you have standing in your garage, or take a snap of your girl in your racing gear ! Of course you can ask me to not share your contribution with anyone else, if you want to keep it private. We can discuss by e-mail how best to transfer the files.
3. I already know you.
   If you have been an active exhaust gas community member (Yahoo!Groups or elsewhere; please mention your username), or have been in personal contact with me before, just tell me and I will send you the passwords to the full archive right away. I will remember you, and if not, I can always go back and look.

New: File archive update log (public)
This new site is updated every time videos, photosets and files are added to the new exhaust gas file archive. It does not offer a complete list of archive contents, but helps you keep track of what’s new, since you can’t sort by date in the actual archive.
The log offers only metadata and is publicly accessible. Use the password hcsoconox.
